Dear Future Customer of Picture Frame Homes:

I wanted to just take a little time to explain why Picture Frame Homes is a wonderful company to work with to build your home. My husband and I, like many consumers out there, were completely overwhelmed by how many builders are out there. Building a home can be one of the most stressful things you can do. When we discussed building a home with family members, they said that if we could survive building a home there wouldn't be anything that we couldn't do. We went to many model homes and began getting an idea of what kind of home we wanted to live in. We met with some builders but never felt comfortable with a final plan or a final price.

My husband suggested we should get some ideas from a builder he knew personally. We had a price that we had to stick to. I was getting very frustrated by now with all of these other builders that talked a good game but never really met what I wanted. We met with Scooter and I could tell immediately that I was going to feel more comfortable planning my home with him. He understood that we wanted a quality home that was energy efficient.

The cost of energy is never going to go down, so that was a priority for me. Scooter also understood that we didn't mind putting some sweat equity in the home. I felt very gratified that I could personally have an investment in the construction of my home. Many other builders won't even give you that chance, but Scooter did. He spent hours planning our home with us to maximize that amount of usable space and keep it in a cost range we could afford. When construction began, he took pictures to take note of the progress. When we could do some of the work ourselves, he gave us tips and even came to the job site to help us get projects started.

The construction of our home went very fast. Many people say that it drags on and I didn't feel that way at all. We broke ground on Labor Day and were moved in by New Years. That is remarkable considering we did some of the work ourselves. I have to say that going into this I was very weary because of other builders and my experiences with them. I can confidently recommend Picture Frame Homes and Scooter Laufer to anyone because he is the best there is. There isn't anyone else that would give you the kind of personal attention that he does.
